This is why American K-9 is the only Dog Daycare, Boarding and Training Center that offers real structural migration (walks) for you dogs. We provide everything from puppy walks, ¼ mile up to 4 mile (adult dogs) structural migration walks depending on the current conditioning and fitness level of your dog. It’s important to know that dogs are migratory animals, which means in nature dogs will spend 10-12 hours a day migrating for water, food and then rest. This is the natural order in a dog’s life. Dogs are not meant to spend all of their time sedentary, caged up, walled off or behind fences. This hospital is located in the heart of Hockessin, Delaware, and has been serving the local community and the surrounding area since the 1960s. In 2006, with the encourage from our animal-loving community, Hockessin was moved from a small farmhouse to a state-of-the-art facility that could offer comprehensive veterinary care including; sick pet care, dentistry, surgery, in-house diagnostics and digital radiography. Hockessin Animal Hospital was purchased by Dr. Bruce Damme in 2001, merging with Windcrest Animal Hospital in order to provide 24/7 emergency care to its patients. Hockessin Animal Hospital is one of 5 veterinary hospitals that comprise the Windcrest Animal Hospital Group. In 2020, four of the groups practicing veterinarians joined together to purchase all 5 practices. This is a great professional organization, but not really a rating service. Your inspection of the Neverland Kennel and Cattery is welcome. Open Neverland is open 6 days a week, year round, except New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Christmas Eve. The office is also closed on Sundays on three day weekends. Hours 8:30am – Noon & 4pm – 5:30 daily, except closed on Tuesdays.

My wife and I have been involved with animals for most of our lives. My wife, Diane, has been breeding dogs for around 48 years.
